• ⚬ Delivered the 2-digit to 4-digit language code migration unblocking locale variants across 5 teams; blocked a shortcut implementation by quantifying the ~2 months per team of debt it would create
• ⚬ Introduced sprint-based planning, velocity tracking and explicit prioritisation; deliberately halved sprint load to reinvest capacity into architecture, technical planning, bug triage and pairing
• ⚬ Led the technical investigation and director-level communication of a pricing incident affecting hundreds of customers, delivering root cause and a remediation plan to engineering and GTM leadership
• ⚬ Followed the incident with a product provisioning audit, run jointly with Product Analytics, that sized a seven-to-eight-figure ARR impact from over- and under-provisioning; drove a new CRM package-version field and a correction migration that made provisioning data fully reliable

• ⚬ Shipped Smart Conversations, a new product built on Google's newly launched Business Messages API, including an early AI auto-response system trained to resolve common customer enquiries without human involvement
• ⚬ Introduced Scrum from scratch to balance a defect-prone multi-partner ingestion pipeline against new product delivery: two-week sprints with capacity deliberately reserved for incremental fixes, so quality improved steadily without pausing feature work
• ⚬ Held the team together through an acquisition, a department reorganisation and repeated process changes: zero attrition over two years, with delivery cadence unbroken
• ⚬ Promoted one engineer to Senior, and mentored a backend engineer from another team into their first Team Lead role, advocating for them with leadership to make it happen
• ⚬ Frontend hiring manager for the engineering department: hired 13 frontend engineers across all teams, built the frontend hiring process and its documentation, and trained other engineers to interview
